The final report on the Lisbon treaty covers the implications of the Irish vote. Serious problems may engulf Ireland as EU rules may force Ireland to hold a second referendum, which will either be to revise their views and reverse their recent decision of the 12th of June , or whether to remain a member of the EU at all. A No vote would send shock waves through the EU and very likely end any further Referendums concerning even greater Integration. A third report will follow once the final result is known, which will be anytime from Friday 13th onwards.
